First of all let me say that before you try any medicinal plants, get yourself some good medicinal herb books, and read them. What I'm putting on this page hardly qualifies as the definitive guide to let you start using the plants. This is just sign posts on the way to using medicines from nature.
Natures medicines can be much more potent then medicines from the Drug Store. If in doubt, don't take it. Better safe than sorry!

Grab a book and start reading, thats the key to opening Natures Medicine Chest. Knowledge will let you use whats inside! I will start with plants on the way to the woods, right outside my door. I am in Ithaca NY right now.
